If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.
By subscribing to a paid EdgeTest plan and requesting immediate access to the Service, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital service has been fully performed, or once you have begun using the Service, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.

EdgeTest's software, design, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors. Market data and charting are provided under license from third parties (including TradingView); you may not extract, redistribute, or resell this data.
EdgeTest integrates third-party services including but not limited to Stripe (payments), Supabase (data infrastructure), and Anthropic (AI features). Your use of EdgeTest is also subject to the extent those providers' own terms apply to how your data is processed through them.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time; see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data afterward.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any trading or financial decisions made based on information from the Service.
